Refunds Policy

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis. If your flowers arrive in poor condition or significantly differ from their description on our website, you may be eligible for a refund.

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of the decision.
  • Non-Delivery: For non-delivery due to our error, a full refund will be issued. Where non-delivery is due to incorrect address information or recipient unavailability, refunds will be considered at our discretion.
  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled up to the cut-off time (20:00 the day before the delivery or collection date) for a full refund. Post this time, due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are not possible.

  • Incorrect Information: We are not liable for issues that arise from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer or if the recipient refuses the delivery.
  • External Factors: Responsibility for damage to products post-delivery, including environmental factors or mishandling by the recipient, cannot be assumed by us.
