Local Next-Day Delivery Service

  • Delivery: Our delivery service is available in select areas of East London (E1, E2, E3, E4, E5, E6, E7, E8, E9, E10, E11, E12, E13, E14, E15, E16, E17), Ilford (IG), and parts of Romford (RM5, RM6, RM8, RM9).
  • Fee: A standard charge of £3.40 applies for door-to-door next-day delivery.
  • Order Deadline: Orders must be placed by 20:00 to qualify for next-day delivery.
  • Delivery Window: Deliveries are made between Mon-Sun between 10:00 and 20:00.

Next Working Day Delivery Service

  • Delivery: Our courier delivers orders the next working day, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
  • Fee: A standard charge of £4.99 applies for door-to-door next-day delivery.
  • Order Deadline: Orders must be placed by 12:00PM to qualify for next-day delivery.
  • Delivery Window: Deliveries are made between Tuesday-Sun between 07:00 and 20:00.

Collection Service

  • Location: Free collection is available at Milamei Salon, 2G ST.JOHNS ROAD, E6 1NN, London.
  • Collection Timing: Collections can be made from 10:00 the next day.
  • Order Deadline for Collection: Orders for next-day collection must be placed by 19:00.

General Terms

  • Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to confirmation. You will receive an email confirming your order and delivery details.
  • Delivery Exceptions: We reserve the right to delay or cancel deliveries in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather, traffic conditions, or other disruptions.
  • Recipient Availability: Please ensure the recipient is available at the delivery address during the delivery window. If the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt to leave the flowers in a safe place or with a neighbour unless otherwise instructed.
  • Special Instructions: Customers may provide specific delivery instructions when ordering, which we will endeavour to follow.

Changes and Cancellations

  • Modification of Orders: Changes to orders, including delivery addresses or messages, must be communicated to us before the cut-off time.

Liability

Milamei LTD is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
  • Damage to the products after delivery due to improper handling by the recipient.
  • Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient’s unavailability or refusal to accept delivery.
